I stayed for a week, and the cleaning was a joke-only three days were actually done. The bed had stains, and they didn't even refill the drinking water. Disappointing, especially since I've been there before and expected better.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with harmonious decoration and the art and even toilet and that's great. Hair dryers, a bidet and a walk-in shower were very handy...

The comfy bed and great decor made for a pleasant experience, and easy check-in was a bonus. The nearby Aeon mall provided convenient food options, while the complimentary parking was hassle-free. The lovely garden area offered a relaxing space, perfect for family bonding. the overly-firm bed and ineffective air conditioning made it less comfortable for our 18-month-old. Despite this, the friendly staff and ideal location near local landmarks like Istana Alam Shah enhanced our trip.

Everything was simply good. The hotel was located very close to Aeon mall and the shopping centre and The Landmark office building. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with harmonious decoration and even toilet, as example was ready.
